Played on a perfect day, the husband and wife teams of Gina and Glen Gordon and Muriel and Brian Hill both battled it out to win their first mixed pairs title. Gina and Glen pulled steadily away as worthy winners.

Played in quite challenging conditions with the wind, Gina Gordon and Peter Saxon made a good match of it with Peter claiming the title.

The two bowl final was a very close run game between George Exton and Jeff Hall. After George got away to a good lead, Jeff clawed his way back and in a nail biting finish, George ran out the winner.

Men's Fours and Ladies Triples Finals
The Men's Fours and Ladies Triples finals day was played in perfect weather conditions. The ladies team of Gina Gordon, Kelly White and Philippa Saxon were playing for a back to back win and had to work hard to keep the title from the popular team of Eileen Pegg, Alison Greenwood and Muriel Hill.
The Men's final got off to a good start for the team of Ricki Pou, Terry Churchill, Tom Conner and skip Peter Saxon with their opponents, Michael Hughes, Brian Smith, Keith Dedicoat and skip Thomas Knox clawing their way back but not able to win the game. Thanks to Michael Williams who organised the sausage sizzle which was much appreciated by the hungry players and supporters.

Pairs finals day proved another popular event with a good crowd to support the teams. A very close game for the ladies played in excellent spirit with a similar result for the men.

Ladies and Men's Singles Finals
Singles final day proved a very popular event with sausage sizzle thrown in! With both Gina Gordon and Russell Agardi playing for back to back wins, their opponents Kaye Hackett and Allyn White needed to pull out all the stops. Both the ladies settled down to a steady game with first year bowler Kaye doing herself proud and Gina delighted to take her second win.
Russell and Allyn's final was well fought out with Russell edging ahead also clinching his second title. Thanks go to Phyllis Orr and George Exton who acted as markers and Glen Gordon for organising the sizzle.

Goerge Exton's team played Thomas Knox's team, while Peter Saxon's team played Russell Agardi's team. Thomas and Peter's teams look forward to the final to be played on Sunday, 16 February.
